Scratch-resistant face
the sheet is smooth on both sides, so grit wipes off with a dry cloth instead of grinding into the panel. Fine marks from shelves, tape guns and neighbouring cartons stay shallow; the print behind them still reads clearly at arm's length.
Tuck-in top flaps
two flaps fold across the opening and tuck down inside the walls, so the lid sits flush instead of standing open. Dust, packing peanuts and loose tape stay out in storage, and the top does not gape when the case is stacked or laid on its side.
Stackable body
flat top, flat base and square corners mean cases sit on each other without rocking. The folded side seams carry the load down to the base, so a stack of ten stays straight and the panels underneath do not bow.
Single-material sheet
one PET sheet, with no laminated film, no glued window and no mixed plastics. It drops into the standard PET recycling stream without being taken apart first, and there is no adhesive line to lift or yellow at the edge after a season on display.
